If I could give less than 1 I would. Watched tacking for the last 3 days. It says out for delivery, then gets reschedule for the next day. Wtf?!

I wish to give 0 !!!! My order is still somewhere since July 01!!!!! I can't even tracking my package ?

Unimpressed by this company. I get a note posted saying I am not home, when I am. No hitting my buzzer or phone call. Very upset! Amazon is a thousand times better because u always know where your order is

Your tracking system is the worse. Nobody that you chat with will help you without sending you to a link that charges $5. Even though it's refundable I shouldn't have to pay to have you track my parcel. So far I tracked it to Sat July 17th and it has "an exception" tag on it. What does that mean??

First my package is lost then when I try to track it down instead of having a live chat I get a stupid computer that can't answer my questions and then wants me to pay to speak to a real person. This is crap. Less than one star

I have been waiting for my packages for over 2 weeks. Seems a little much and I can't track past the 13th of July!!??

I was sitting right at home, and the delivered posted a note to my door written “ not able to deliver as u r not home!”… I guess that’s your way of not carrying the boxes for delivery?!
