Purolator Canada reviews

Purolator is the most incompetent delivery company I’ve ever used. I’m STILL waiting for a delivery that I should’ve received week ago! Everytime I call to complain I’m told the driver couldn’t find my house! We give the correct address to customer service agent and we’re assured it will arrive the next day. But, again someone at your purolator hub has changed the address on my parcel to Tiny, Ontario from ELMVALE,Ontario. Tiny is NOT a city or a Town. Its a TOWNSHIP!! Elmvale is the town inside the township of TINY!! Now can you please deliver me my parcel! Thanks Jeannette Gimza

They don’t answer their phone, always have an excuse. As a business you depend on your parts arriving next day

Unreliable and they always have excuses.

Wish amazon would stop using puralator, they are always late in delivering packages. Day 4 late and still no info on when it is arriving.

Horrible service i have ever seen...tracking shows that the product delivered and i never get those... Very irresponsible courier service...

My package has seen more of Ontario then I have. Started in Etobicoke then to Toronto then to Niagara on the Lake to three seperate sorting facilities. Only to go back to Etobicoke, then Brampton and then now sits back in Toronto. By the at I live in Niagara Falls. If your package weighs more then 10lbs don't use Purolator. Special shipping because of the weight but it's taken so many detours it's ridiculous.I just want my package. Amazon if you pay attention to reviews STOP using Purolator package 5 days late and still waiting.

Tracking info not updated. Never arrives on time.

My package was supposed to be delivered today at the latest and now I can’t get ahold of anyone to find where it is. Your tracking system and service needs some work

You made a delivery on approx 10:30AM June 10th no one home now I must drive 10 Km. To p/u Why don’t you leave at door

Purolator has provided excellent service in our area.Items arrive earlier then stated.Definitely recommend for service.

The services I got in Medicine Hat was excellent but the parcel was suppose to be delivered on Monday at its destination and it’s now Wednesday and it’s not there. Not too happy.
