Had a package from Amazon guarantee delivery 2days Purolator transferee package to another company and it’s been sitting there for past 4 days. I had to google search where my package was and contacted company that said they had no contact information for me. Ridiculous service and will definitely be putting in formal complaint with Amazon. Terrible service.

Package was paid for air next day delivery but it went to the east farther away

Delivered to the wrong address. Wrong City!

always late, every second delivery is "lost" or misplaced and it happened many times that the delivery person would put a note on my door without even knocking

Package sent to Burlington because apparently attempted delivery at 12:22 pm we were home. We live in Toronto 4 minutes from Purolator Kipling Distribution Centre. Why Burlington. Now were trying to get package redirected to Toronto. What a nightmare

Shipped my scanner that came from California to Brampton then to Vancouver, then to Quebec and finally to Toronto. A 2 week trip took over a month and a half and I received zero compensation, even though they told me it would be shipped back via airplane from Vancouver. Such bad customer service. Don’t use this company.

So far great and wonderful service and thank you for making sure that I received my package ☺️

service from 1-10 10 being the worst its a 10 for me and ignore the one star from me there was not other choiced

these guys never follow delivery instructions

Waiting for my parcel all day and no one attempted to deliver but sent me a notice that no one was at the address, this is not a first time.... very disappointing

The booking for pickup my day 8 Covid 19 test, took an hour holding on the phone, it took 1 day to pick up and delivery to the laboratory will take another 4days.

Was promised 1 day delivery and it took 5 days. Totally missing the baby shower it was intended for.

item was not collected on time. nobody answering the phone. item cannot be tracked.

Worst service ever. Out of control.No customer service . Lot of issues with this company. They send my package all over Canada for one week now.Nobody knows when I can receive it.Stupid company ..needs to be out of market.
