They don't make the minimum effort to deliver to codo.

Rarely has your company actually attempted to deliver a package. It seems they would prefer to deliver the slips and make us pick it up ourselves then actually knock on the door. For example this morning two people were at home and yet the delivery person didn’t attempt to deliver a package. He came off the truck with the slip ready to stick on our door. By the time my husband got to the door the delivery person was already back in the truck and driving away. Also I am unsure why you cannot leave it at the door like other companies

Why show up to an address to essentially deliver a note, not following any written delivery instructions and making the person go to a place they can barley access to get mail that wasn't even attempted to be delivered. Every single parcel I have delivered threw this company this happens. Meaning it's either the stupid deliver guy for our building or your entire company is a pathetic piece of junk.

I would give NO STARS if it were an option. I purchased an item May 4th. It was shipped AMAZON PRIME...assured to arrive May 12th. Then May 13th, then May 17th by 4pm. Then May 18th, when I called it was a rigermarol but assured May 19th as Purolater was in Timmins and they didn't make delivery to Iroquois Falls. Now, May 25th OR Full refund! You should be ashamed. Terrible Terrible service.

Ordered mattresses for my kids. Oversized delivery delay. Ok. Fine. Now a week past their "4" days delay and still nothing. They have been in my city for 4 days. Literally down the street and around the corner from my house. 10 min walk max. Still can't deliver. It's been bumped every day to yet another day. Even Amazon called them and was disgusted. Still....no delivery.

This was not the best experience....overall! I have just now called Purolator customer service to file a complaint.

Drop off a parcel sending to Edmonton, coct $ 57.00 still sitting in the Kelowna location. Maybe I should of use a carrier pigeon because it would of left by now. When we pay for a service your supposed to deliver, what a smart concept! Try to follow this concept and your reviews may improve!

from Brooklyn NY to Vancouver island British Columbia. FedEx to Canada Post... Delivered on a.m. of day 5. Consistently on many orders. Purolator from Ontario,in Canada order..... according to tracking #.... still at sorting facility, day 6... PURO-LATER. I'd suggest maybe find a camel train, or some type of large animal migration.

my package was said to be delivered Tuesday and its Wednesday and still sitting in Calgary. So slow to get anything.

Absolutely ridiculous i will not advise purolator services to anyone! My shipment with express next business day delivery is going on 5 days now can't track it! It says (exceptional) NO Purolator a 5 day late shipment is not exceptional... I escalated to supervisors then to the highest escalation as "priority" number 1 was promised we are very sorry it will be tomorrow but tomorrow never comes! Now I have staff from Purolator asking me what the contents of my shipment are completely bombarding my privacy like wtf! That's not ok you have a shipping label that says the weight of the package it's address everything look for your dam shipping label! I can see a lawsuit coming here very quickly!

the worst carrier I have dealt with for a long time. Even Canada Post is light years ahead of this organization. Quote low and get the corporate business. The customer suffers!

Poor service never punctual

The Mother's Day flowers I ordered for my Mom, sat in the back of a puro truck for 5 days before being dumped on her doorstep before the sun came up. They were loaded into the truck on May 6th to be delivered the next day. What a joke, next day my ass! 5 days later, mostly wilted and dried up, also missing the basket they were supposed to be in . Way to make Mother's Day memories, Purolator! 1 star needed to post. A minus 1 or 2 stars rating from me.

Driver didnt call the phone number on the order so simply took order back to depot. Expedited 1 day delivery that was paid for turned into 3 days due to 2 day delay.

Puralator could not deliver. Said "incorrect address". Amazon has previously delivered dozens of packages successfully (but never by Purolator) to the same address. Wake up!!!!
