According to your tracking system, a delivery was attempted at my residence at 10:08 Friday, April 30 . I was at home and did not hear or see any attempt of a delivery . I have been on the phone to your office waiting for a hour and no one has answered . Do I have to sit in my driveway 24/7 in case your delivery is attempted ?

This level of service is disgusting for something (Covid test sample after 10 days in Quarantine) that obviously deserves priority. The earliest available pick-up time was more than 24 hours after completing the test. It took 15 1/2 hours to get to the sort centre from the pick-up point. The package then took 8 hours and 16 minutes to clear the sort centre and be put on a vehicle for delivery. Even after all of these time intervals, the package has still not been delivered. If it was a delivery for personal reasons, given the unreasonable delays and extremely poor level of service, I would refuse to pay for this delivery

The worst courier company and their drivers. I’ve yet to have a package directly given to me. Unlike other courier companies who always ensure I either go downstairs to my pick up area to receive my package or they bring it to my door. Purolator drivers will not even bother to buzz me. They will leave a slip so I have to drive the next day to retrieve my parcel. I rely on courier services as all my shopping is online, yet this company has a lack of knowledge roper training for their drivers. I pay extra to have my parcel shipped, yet I’m being inconvenienced to drive to a pick up place.

Usually late, usually damaged. Even had a package they kept saying undeliverable address doesn't exist even though they delivered here many times before I had to give specific instructions with land marks directly to my house. Then make sure a guy wouldn't change the postal code on it to all letters. Very disappointing service.

Purolator has always provided excellence in service, speedy delivery and extremely helpful customer service representatives. I am physically challenged and the delivery person always assists me by putting the heavier packages inside my door. Thank you for all you do to keep our products on the move during these trying times as well as all other times.
