Useless! Horrible! Aggravating! Has never got it right yet. Can't follow instructions or too stupid or too lazy. Purolator doesn't even deserve one star.

Worst ever delivery company. The delivery's man just don't wait to received my package, agent in the chat said lies about the delivery day. Best buy, you must to look for another provider for delivery services. I would prefer to pick up in Best buy. Purolator made me lose a lot of time, waiting for a package, speaking with agent that didn't give enough help to solve the inquires and complains. Please use different delivery company.

Order this item because it’s in Canada, a week has gone by and still siting in Alberta. I guess they get there shipping fees up front and don’t care how long it takes to deliver. This Company #%^*

I would leave less than 1 star if I could. My package was to arrive April 20th... days later still nothing! Last update on tracking was April 17th... no updates on tracking in 6 days! Where is my package!

Ridiculous they came to my place at 7am and so OBVIOUSLY I was asleep and they decided "oh well we will just hold on to this at our pickup facility so figure out how you're gonna travel to Boucherville without a car!" WHY IS THERE NO OPTION TO LEAVE AT DOOR horrible horrible I hope they go out of business

On hold now for over 20 mins. And still waiting. Trying to find out where my parcel is...Also, the Corner Brook location for dropping off parcels is extremely inconvenient. You have to find parking and then lug your parcel to the music store. The final issue is you refuse to call before delivery. You waste so much time trying to deliver to a place when no one is even there.

When I order something, & I am forced to accept a courier other than Purolator, I am field with anxiety... I only trust Purolator... I like their kind and courteous careers, I like the way they dress, and I like that they know me by name... In the world full of diminishing standards... I choose to keep mine high... I choose Purolator...

You didn’t deliver to the shipping address, which isn’t even in the same city. MAJOR FAIL. Would not recommend your shipping company

Extremely slow...we ordered an exercise bike and Purolator had it on April 9th in Edmonton and we live in Kelowna... it’s now April 19th and we still haven’t received the they has failed to update its tracking.

No proper tracking location of product. Canada post and UPS are definitely steps ahead.

Would not leave parcel, no safe place to leave it was their claim. They must have missed the sign in plain site that asked to leave in porch. Frustrating.

Je reçois un avis comme quoi le colis sera livré le 15. Avril, je m’arrange pour être à la maison. Pas de. Colis le 15 ni le 16 je vais donc sur le site de purolator pour rechercher le colis aucune mise à jour depuis le 14 avril. C’est la seconde fois que je dois faire affaire avec Purolator et les 2 fois ont été de mauvaises expériences
