Can't hire people that can read delivery instructions. Big difference in Rear basement suite and Upstairs front suite. To most people this would be obvious.

They said they tried to deliver, but they didn't try the buzzer that goes to my phone. Terrible

Product came opened. Came a few days later considering I paid more to have it delivered ok a certain day. Very poor service.

Why should I have to download anything to find out the ETA of a package. Wish I had another option for shipping

My package was delivered in Fredericton NB but was supposed to come in St Basile NB I would like to know what appens now

Purolator is consistently infuriating. 3 out of 4 deliveries have not arrived for a variety of excuses. When that happens they insist that I make the drive to pick up the parcel instead of making redelivery easy. It has NEVER been offered, I have always had to insist. For example, they refused to deliver on a poor weather day, because the had no snow tires! Then redelivery was made very complicated, they were determined that I should take the 40 drive to the depot! The redelivery operator insisted on only one tracking number at a time even though it was a two parcel delivery, then before the second parcel number the software kicked me out to a live operator who had to start the whole thing over.Finally there is the ‘rob me, I am not home’ notice they paste on the door. Really this is what a mailbox is for. All the other delivery services make it regularly and apparently have snow tires on their vehicles.

Like to know why they drop ur parcel so far from where u live then can't get a hold of them on the phone

Still waiting for my 6 dining room chairs from Canadian Tire, now over a week, for a distance of 5 km. Paid $90 for delivery and no one, even with tracking numbers, can tell me where they are or when to expect delivery. Where are they????????

Waited all day for delivery said by 8 well its 8 and its not here everytime Amazon ships by puro never arrives when it says

A very low quality service Package dated 31st march has not arrived yet 5th April I don't recommend this service at all Not giving any star
