If you are short staff you should be hiring more people so you could be as efficient as use to be ... to bad you have no competition.. you might lose all your business

Dropped off package Saturday April 3rd 2021 and Monday morning April 5th 2021 no update on delivery ... what happened to your speedy deliveries ? If you are short staff hire more people

Terrible delivery to my apartment. Don't bother to even try to ring buzzer for entry. They just stick a notice on the door for you to pick it up and the location is so far off the beaten path that you can't get to it by bus. Twice now. I give you a -10 rating

Gave the courier guy a package on Thursday morning and now it's Saturday and it hasn't moved out of the province. Spent an hour and a half on the phone with no results. Unreliable. Unexceptable.

Package shows that it is in another country when it is shipping from Quebec. The tracking information updates daily with another negative delay.

Tracking info not updated. Last posted update is 5 days old!

Package has been en-route for 5 days and no update besides being collected 5 days ago!??

Not professional job long time delay and lots more negative points

They never came with my package ..

Package Id# 3328 2830 9721 / I was home on March 23rd at 3pm.... I did not hear the door bell or knock on the door. Notice left on the door said Hours of operation at 469 Dundas St. W Unit 4 , Trenton, Ontario K8V 3S4 opens in between 8:30am and 6: 00pm - Monday to Friday ... I went there today at 5:15pm and the place is closed with a notice indicating closing time as 5pm..... Will try on Monday morning....

Worst company ever! Every single time there is a problem. I work from home. Everytime they leave a paper To pick up at another location. 30 minutes to get there and 1/2 time its not even there! They dont knock or ring. That only leave a paper on the window! It is very ridiculous! And you call customer service and they have no idea where the package is and seem suprised something wrong happened but seeing the reviews here I dont even understand this company is still open!

Package damaged. Purolator contacted shipper. Package destroyed. No contact or info to me about what was happening. Very unsatisfied.

If I can choose, I will never choose purolater. No star.

Rang the buzzer once, i tried to open the building door but it didn't open, i ran to the building door, saw the guy driving off. I live on the first floor. It took me less than a minute to go upstairs. Driver also did not leave any note or sticker to contact Purolator, amazon said I was contacted to arrange delivery. Nothing on my email or phone. Poor service.
