package was delivered to the wrong place, never made it to my town

When calling nobody answer when chat nobody there swab pick on Monday Thursday midnight no result yet

No such person at this address. I have no instructions regarding what I should do with this parcel.

Part ship from US to Canada. Status shown arrival time same at US & Canada Puro facilities . Tracking info was useless.

Friendly service and fresh happy driver

This doesn't tell me anything more than Amazon. I already knew my parcel shipped when Amazon sent the email.

To quote another review: "Rang the bell and didn't wait for me to get to the door before peeling off." I don't care how busy your guys are but I live downtown in a building with an unlocked street door. Your deliverer rang my intercom and I sprinted to it (5 seconds max.) to unlock the inner door, but he had already run off. It was a relatively valuable package and I resent Purolator for leaving it in an unlocked area.

They delivered a package and I was not here and they left a paper saying it would be available for pickup at 6pm I went there twice the last time just before 8pm and the package was still not there and they had no idea where or when it was going to arrive. I called them and they said the best they could do was re-deliver it on Tuesday 4 days after the original delivery day. I will never use this company again and suggest to all the people I know to do the same

They don’t wait for you to get to the door before peeling off

Always late with deliveries and will not deliver past a pre determined street within city of kamloops city limits. I always request my deliveries with anyone but Purolator. UPS is a great alternative, and I get my parcels delivered with a smile.

Took longer than expected to arrive at destination compared to other courier services.

There is no negative marking in ranking I would love to rate that one. As per the message I got that my parcel is out for delivery and after some time got another message that missed delivery unavailability of receiver. Due to spring brakes my entire family is at home and getting these forge updation.. when trying to contact these people no response other than a long time waiting to keep your phone on hold.. Not Worthy.. will not recommend to anyone
