  • Usually, on the day they say it will arrive, sometimes the next day. We are outside of a major city so I give them some latitude especially in these trying times.

  • I am still awaiting my packages . Message on Amazon advising it was sent back to seller. This package was paid for on Feb 23 2021 and I was holding back many important things for the arrival of these computers.

  • If there was a Zero rating option that’s what I’d give. Absolutely terrible delivery service that cannot keep track of actual package locations. Use UPS instead, don’t say I didn’t warn you you’ll be let down.

  • Purolator over the years in my experience has always been OK. I won't say excellent, but average to good and nothing to complain about. It would be nice if one could sign up for tracking notifications by email/sms. All your competitors have this, so why would Purolator not? :-)

  • The Purolator service in Vanderhoof, BC at Teka Home Décor is paretic to say the least! You have to wait wait and wait while the owner talks to her Home decor customers as you wait for her to finish before you get served. The store doesn't open till 11:am and she has a very bad attitude.
