My family and I had 3 packages coming from fido. The man setting up the packages made sure he requested and confirmed our buzzer code for all three packages multiple times each. This was Thursday. Friday we check our tracking and it says address incomplete buzzer missing. We checked in online to update address. It did not work. We had to call in. We checked status during weekend again the address was not fixed. Monday 2 out of three packages where finally delivered at 730 at night. We called in for the last package and had to fix the buzzer again. Tuesday morning we checked and again it updated at 644am that the address needed to be fixed. We called in again. We are now told we will probably get it on Thursday. Your service sucks. I will never use you guys for personal use.

Terrible delivery company. Order was supposed to arrive on March 5. The company incorrectly stated that they did not have the full address (claimed they were missing the buzzer which was incorrect. Then the buzzer was recorded again and a promise was made that the delivery would arrive March 8. On the 8th they again failed to deliver because apparently they did not update the address over the weekend. At no time did they leave a notice about this failed delivery in the lobby of my building. I had to call and find out what happened. A string of excuses leading to un-reliable service.

I tired of ordering thing and Purolator keeps putting delayed do to weather when its been beautiful out in Toronto all the way to Newfoundland. And I just flew that route and I made it the package could make it

Every time I use purolator my package doesn’t arrive for 5 days and up. Service is brutal

they returned my package without ringing the buzzer or calling me and said they were not able to come inside.

Our package has been in Burnaby since March 2, It's March 7. This seems pretty slow. Why has it sat there for 5 days?

Careless service provider, worst delivery timing, bad customer service , unreliable delivery, service reps with bad attitude and the list goes on....

Usually, on the day they say it will arrive, sometimes the next day. We are outside of a major city so I give them some latitude especially in these trying times.

I am still awaiting my packages . Message on Amazon advising it was sent back to seller. This package was paid for on Feb 23 2021 and I was holding back many important things for the arrival of these computers.

If there was a Zero rating option that’s what I’d give. Absolutely terrible delivery service that cannot keep track of actual package locations. Use UPS instead, don’t say I didn’t warn you you’ll be let down.
