Purolator Canada reviews

They marked on its way beiing delivered and guess what passed the entire day wating for nothing no delivery !

Purolator over the years in my experience has always been OK. I won't say excellent, but average to good and nothing to complain about. It would be nice if one could sign up for tracking notifications by email/sms. All your competitors have this, so why would Purolator not? :-)

Package in transit not kept current

The Purolator service in Vanderhoof, BC at Teka Home Décor is paretic to say the least! You have to wait wait and wait while the owner talks to her Home decor customers as you wait for her to finish before you get served. The store doesn't open till 11:am and she has a very bad attitude.

Why is my packages not here????

Some drivers can find the address and some don't even bother using GPS!

Purolator has delayed my package three weeks longer than, the exact same package coming to the same address. I do not like to use them as this is not the first time, it will be my last time, wasn't my choice the shipper sent two identical items with two different carriers, so i now have one item and the other who knows

They’ve had my item for 1week

same update for a week, parcel suppose to be delivered today.. still in ontario and i live in NL. will not be using this service again

Everytime I order something and its delivered by Puralator, there always a problems. Shipping to the wrong adress,not even ringing the intercom or coming to the wrong side of the building, I don't know what's is wrong with the person who do the delivery but there only ONE adress written in the order, and this time they found a ways to give my packages to someone else. I'm still waiting to the email who wasn't send to me yet, to write a refund or getting somehow my order back. No wonder you can't even get 2 stars review, UNBELIEVABLE

same satus since last thurdday no update...so whats happening with my package was to be delivered last thursday

Didn't find any service slower than purolator

It's been over 2 weeks and I still don't have my package. They don't even know where it is. Horrible service.
