Horrible delivery company.

Purolator has failed to deliver a parcel to me in a timely manner. Several times discussed issue with customer support. Each time reviewed delivery address and received new delivery date. Still no delivery.

I ordered the item from RONA on Friday 19 Feb tracking # 332777717544. I was notified that it will take 24 hours to deliver but it has not arrived until today 22 Feb

I was to receive a parcel on Thursday February 18 and it still has not arrived and it is the 21st. The item I am waiting for is a large package that I really needed and there is no mire in stock to reorder so I am left with no package. I don't understand how the Toronto shipping center can lose a package that is big (treadmill). I am very frustrated and disappointed.

Delivery delayed due to weather? Really. Your facility is in Wtobicole I live in Mississauga, the weather is good to drive in. Plus I see other Purolator trucks on the road. Are you kidding me?

I had to wait 30 min. on hold listening to music until someone on a poor headset that I could hardly understand answered. the phone system they have is very choppy. Then when I explained the problem even though I had the tracking number they told me I had to contact the shipper to correct the issue which is improper address. I finally explained to the agent to correct the issue. I had already contacted the shipper and new the address was correct so Purolator had recorded it wrong. Considering that the agent had the correct address but still chose to send the item to Sarnia and not St. Jacobs is just poor customer service.

Purolator always says my parcel was attempted delivery ..however the drivers many times just can't be bothered to deliver to apartments. My delivery instructions have buzzer info and I wait for the delivery but it never comes. Many times I have experienced the same scenario with this company.

This is the most garbage delivery company I’ve ever encountered! They never delivered my package and then lied saying they couldn’t find my address when earlier that day I already had got a delivery from another delivery company no issues at all !
