Worst carrier ever!! Never receive my parcels on time, always lost or stuck somewhere. Most of the time they don't even leave my parcels at my home, just turn around and brings back the parcels at their warehouse leaving me a note to pick it up there!!

Never let an Amazon order be delivered by Purolator or Canada Post...they are incompetent!

This is the worst shipping service on the planet, purolator is absolutely trash. A half blind homeless person could deliver faster and more reliably.

My package has been sitting in their warehouse for three days

Purolator is horrible, When ever I order off any platform Purolator delivers it then my package comes 3 days later and my building concierge won’t accept the package. Everytime I get a package the box is damaged and the workers don’t give a shit about the package. I do not recommend Purolator EVER again.

Wouldn't deliver my package due to a little bit of snow on my driveway. Hello this is Canada and we get snow here. I had to go and pickup the package at the depot. Terrible customer service!

Je déteste quand chacun des envois que j'ai reçu via purolator passent tous sans exception par un confinement de 4 a 7 jours + a Rimouski en direction des îles de la madeleine et ceci n'est pas nouveau ça fait au moins qu'il es est ainsi....j'aimerais bien comprendre la cause de cet état de fait

The worst service I have ever got. I had amazon prime than also the product has not arrived within 5 days. Showing false estimate dates.

Very reliable service

Always states I’m in a non delivery area but a truck drives on this “municipal “ road almost every day. Just lazy!
