Haven’t had a single update and it’s been 10 days. Thanks for scamming me

If I could give 0 starts I would. My package arrived December 20 but the delivery guy didn’t knock or ring the doorbell so I had to pick it up myself.. but because I recently moved and didn’t have my address on my ID and didn’t carry a copy of my lease with me they wouldn’t give it to me and suggested they could have it redelivered to my house the next day.. it’s now been 9 days since they said that I still don’t have my package

Tracking app is not updated daily.

A visible company that does not rate in the same league with DHL, Loomis, FEDEX, or UPS. Purolator does not seem to want to deliver anywhere near on time and can't even keep to their own scheduled delivery time frame ...This has been the case in my experience with them, my being on the receiving end. Not sure if the Toronto Sorting Centre is the problem area, but it may be one of them at least. Ultimately, I see that it must be personnel, but Administration bears final responsibility. That is how my experience sees it anyway! Shareholders in the Company should take notice.

My package has been sitting in Seattle since the 23rd. !!!!!!!!!! Guess it decided it's going to take up homesteading....so much for Christmas, thanks for nothing

Dropped something at my house, told me to go pick it up at Puro laval. When I get there the place is close... don’t know what to do now..

I was willing to pay more for the speed and convenience, they forgot the speed and convenience though. It was slow and annoying AND expensive. Never again.

Supposed to be expensive but fast, and it turns out it's just expensive.

Wow it's back to horse and buggy delivery, and that I'm sure that would be faster, sure miss Greyhound....

My depot is in Barrie - there r tractor trailers lined up to be emptied! I’ll never see my parcel that still days it’s to be delivered on 22 Dec

I bought a Dremel tool from Canadian Tire in Lindsay. It went from Lindsay to Peterborough. I live thirty minutes from either city. My package went to Alberta four days before Christmas.... what’s wrong with you people? My gift never made to my house.... it’s 8 days later and the gift still in Alberta.... maximum effort ... nice going....

I prefer Purolator to any other shipping method in Canada.

No star they dont even deserve one....Its not the company I'm thinking it's the employee not wel trained...however who to blame for that the company,management.
