  • After being late my parcel is transferred to Canada Post to be delivered. Why did I pay big money to have my parcel not be delivered on time and all over the place except where it's supposed to be. Won't be doing this again.

  • Worst delivery service ever. Parcel sent from Californian on 24th Jan arrived 25th Calgary and on van for delivery at 5 am in morning 25th Jan 2021, but cancelled by driver at 6.57pm due to road closure/natural disaster or weather. Blatant lies NO road close anywhere in city, (we checked) NO natural disasters happened and the temp was -15 but NO snow anywhere. ON 23RD JAN ANOTHER parcel in 2 parts, was sent from Edmonton(picked up at same time from same address) part one was delivered correctly, part 2 was sent to Vancouver and has still not arrived and now the 26th Jan. Would give negative start but cant

  • Would love to know where my package is , but customer service won’t answer the phone and I’ve been on hold for 70 minutes... it’s been sitting in Toronto for over a week apparently so they clearly aren’t scanning them or they are sitting on their rumps not doing their jobs .

  • Didn't receive my package after one month. Had to call back the seller to have technical informations about the shipping and the tracking number. Purolator didn't leave any message about delivery attempts, either on the door or email or phone. About the two days they pretend they tried to deliver on their website, the clinic was opened... Now trying to get my package back... it's very long and problematic. Please don't use purolator.

  • Other then being on hold for 20 minutes, the representative was fantastic. She was funny and knowledgeable. I recently moved over a province and she worked with me on finding a solution because I do not have ID with my current address because covid has made everything so much more difficult and time consuming to process. I appreciate the time and accuracy documentation she put into providing a efficient transport of my package.

  • Ordered from Aerie December 15th. Tracked to Manatoba January 6th. Still sitting in Manitoba January 20th. Got a refund from Aerie as this parcel will probably never arrive. My order was sent in three parcels. I received two. I now have half a pair of Pajamas. I sm not very happy.

  • Great service most of the time ... only delayed when overwhelmed ie Christmas package rush etc. ... plan ahead at these times and order ahead of your deadline as all couriers staff for the year on average ... not the crunch weeks
