Deliver guy came, talked to me by intercom, said parcel too heavy to him carrying upstairs. I said I would go to help him, but he cut the line, left, without a delivery notice, and put "destination unreachable" to delivery result on web.

Simple small order of 2 items 5 small boxes total got split and deliverd only 3. Time sensitive shipment.. First delivery driver on border of pure rude ..still waiting for second part of delivery..

They never leave a package with you and their facilities are then miles out of town. Completely frustrating. If I was a retailer/seller, would completely avoid them as it irritates your customers a lot.

Purolator customer service is impossible to deal with. There was an error on my mailing address that was made by the shipper. I was required to send correct address on the website which I tried to amend for days and it came back with an error message that they could not find my address. I tried their online chat which was useless, it keep sending me back to the same error message. Finally got on the chatline with someone that actually tried to help me after 3 days, the promised me that they will amend the address yesterday online. I checked online today and that same error message is still there. If there was a lower rating than 1 star I would use that, but 1 star is the lowest available. Any company that is thinking of using Purolator for shipping should look elsewhere. I have been waiting for my package since before Christmas. I placed my order on line Dec 10, 2020 . Still waiting for my package to arrive. NOT PLEASED, very unprofessional, web assistant is useless.

Got my address wrong, and when asked to leave it at the closest pick up center, they took it back to Nanaimo despite there being a center in Campbell River where I live. Shoudlve had my package a week ago, the messed up one number.

Well so far I had two parcels stolen from me the rest well was delivered what I would love is that who ever is delivering to either call .y cell number or ring up to the apartment number I have written on my parcels I'd appreciate that alot as there for I'm still missing them

the tracking information never updates and is suppose to be here on 01/12 and all I get is there is no information. not exceptable at all.
