  • Was suppose to receive my pkg 5 days a go still in transit try to call was on hold for 25 minutes horrible customer service no regards for people/customers time,schedule and conditions not a single email txt msg or phone calls to let the customer know of the situation or issues they might be having in delivery if I knew Best Buy uses them I would not have place the order X-MAS or not single txt phone call or email would have done the trick.

  • I've had lots of trouble with Purolator in the past, now they've even gotten worse. With is hard to believe. As to rating don't see one that can rate that low!!

  • Parcel ordered mid November still sitting in Ontario since December 17. WTF. This was supposed to be a Christmas present. How could you be so incompetent?! It should be in Calgary with the little girl it was to he given to.

  • It’s sad when the driver did not leave the package because there was an 1” of snow on our long driveway. I’m in the country and they should know how to drive on snow. Or get drivers that do know.
