Ridiculous transparency and intel.

Unable to get an estimated delivery date after 11 days Terrible customer service

Waited all day for an important parcel and didn't receive it....I could have been working! Now it says the same thing today, will they waste another day for me?

Was suppose to receive my pkg 5 days a go still in transit try to call was on hold for 25 minutes horrible customer service no regards for people/customers time,schedule and conditions not a single email txt msg or phone calls to let the customer know of the situation or issues they might be having in delivery if I knew Best Buy uses them I would not have place the order X-MAS or not single txt phone call or email would have done the trick.

I've had lots of trouble with Purolator in the past, now they've even gotten worse. With is hard to believe. As to rating don't see one that can rate that low!!

Terrible service! Actually if Wayfair continues to use u, I’m not buying from Wayfair anymore - even the clerks at the Barrie store has no idea what the message to me was! If they don’t know there own messages how the hell do I know

Sent email was shipped. Days ago. Tracker says truck hasn’t left. Purolator is a joke. Like Canada post that owns it. And like the Govt that owns both.

Tracking numbers are useless as parcels are never updated.

Take to long time to come and the shipping process is never changing during all the process

Worst delivery service!!!!! Don’t use them!!! Only gave 1 star cause I had too.

Why is there a delay in telling me where my shipment is this is unacceptable

Parcel ordered mid November still sitting in Ontario since December 17. WTF. This was supposed to be a Christmas present. How could you be so incompetent?! It should be in Calgary with the little girl it was to he given to.

It’s sad when the driver did not leave the package because there was an 1” of snow on our long driveway. I’m in the country and they should know how to drive on snow. Or get drivers that do know.

Slowest service ever. Paid for next day service and received the parcel 5 days later. Will never use purolator again.
