No star they dont even deserve one....Its not the company I'm thinking it's the employee not wel trained...however who to blame for that the company,management.

Very bad service.The delivery process is not good at all.Even if you are home,they don’t deliver your package,they ask you to pick it up at their address..Very bad,,,

Have never received a shipment delivered to specified address. Alway made to go down to the Depot to pick parcel up on my own. There excuse - was undeliverable, nobody home. What a croc. Can't they see that we can tell what is going on just by using tracking number.

Package on time and delivered. What more could I ask for.

Expected parcel has been sitting in Montreal now for 5 days. Notice says it could be another 7 days before it leaves the Depot due to prioritized shipping of Covid19 Medication. Can understand this to a degree, however I am waiting for a parcel up here in the Yukon Territory that is of importance to me. Get another truck on the road or pass parcel on to another carrier. Don't take more on than you can handle. A further 7 day delay for me would mean at least 3 weeks more before I get the parcel. Can't see where we are in war-time priorities to the extent that customers are ignored.

Still waiting for package. No communication & late

Until now our package is not delivered 9am today, what time is it now.....

Purolator is a big zero. Delivery is slow. Difficult to get any help. Fake apologies come too easy from them.

Live chat is useless. Parcel delivered on sat. Nobody home ...parcel not left ... no noice for instructions left. Would like to know where my parcel is.

I’m unhappy with Purolator due to the fact that their updates are not updated regularly. They are late with my shipment and the excuse. That it is heavy is not true. My order is not heavy. Zero transparency.

You have a bunch of clowns working for you. Minimum requirement should be a high school graduate.

My package sent from Vernon BC to Yuma AZ, was delivered within two days as promised. I'm very satisfy with the service Purolator provided me with. I would recommend them to anyone . Thank you for a job well done Fellows. Merry Christmas and happy New Year to everyone at Purolator, LD,,

If i could give zero I would to this company!! service is way too slow. costumer service doesn’t exist!! No one to talk and ask where is your package!! I don’t understand why they are still in service or business but i think 10 years from now if they don’t change they will end up in bankruptcy.. coz of the way their services

3 boxes 2 delivered and the 3rd one still??? it cost you money who is responsible??

Order was supposed to be delivered yesterday the 15th... left Toronto on the 8th of December. Last minute (delivery date) I get a notice saying delayed because of Covid and weather. Seriously???? I call BS. Worse, no updates provided since then. Time sensitive items were ordered and now will be useless to me.
