I’m unhappy with Purolator due to the fact that their updates are not updated regularly. They are late with my shipment and the excuse. That it is heavy is not true. My order is not heavy. Zero transparency.

My package sent from Vernon BC to Yuma AZ, was delivered within two days as promised. I'm very satisfy with the service Purolator provided me with. I would recommend them to anyone . Thank you for a job well done Fellows. Merry Christmas and happy New Year to everyone at Purolator, LD,,

If i could give zero I would to this company!! service is way too slow. costumer service doesn’t exist!! No one to talk and ask where is your package!! I don’t understand why they are still in service or business but i think 10 years from now if they don’t change they will end up in bankruptcy.. coz of the way their services

Order was supposed to be delivered yesterday the 15th... left Toronto on the 8th of December. Last minute (delivery date) I get a notice saying delayed because of Covid and weather. Seriously???? I call BS. Worse, no updates provided since then. Time sensitive items were ordered and now will be useless to me.

My package was picked up from seller on Friday, Dec.11, 2020 It has not even been logged into your tracking system Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2020. Your phone number only has a message saying there are delays with no other contact option! This is not acceptable business practice. I can not track my package because according to your system, you are waiting for a package that the seller said you have picked up.

I would rate in the negatives if I could. Sent a 4lb package for $75.oo from the west coast to the east coast. Didn't know I sent by pony Express. Will never use puralator again. Would be faster and cheaper by Canada post .

Spent a week watching my packages sit in Winnipeg. They were further away from my house than where they began. I spent $9 each trying to be responsible due to covid I could have picked them up on the first day. Now I get to play the game of what year do you think it'll show up? It makes you wonder if they switched to people walking packages. My wife and I imagine hitchhikers carrying packages around.
