  • My package was picked up from seller on Friday, Dec.11, 2020 It has not even been logged into your tracking system Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2020. Your phone number only has a message saying there are delays with no other contact option! This is not acceptable business practice. I can not track my package because according to your system, you are waiting for a package that the seller said you have picked up.

  • I would rate in the negatives if I could. Sent a 4lb package for $75.oo from the west coast to the east coast. Didn't know I sent by pony Express. Will never use puralator again. Would be faster and cheaper by Canada post .

  • Spent a week watching my packages sit in Winnipeg. They were further away from my house than where they began. I spent $9 each trying to be responsible due to covid I could have picked them up on the first day. Now I get to play the game of what year do you think it'll show up? It makes you wonder if they switched to people walking packages. My wife and I imagine hitchhikers carrying packages around.

  • I had a parcel shipped we’d pm from Barrie to come outside Milton It is 1 pm Monday and it still hasn’t shown up. Approx 80 miles

  • Purolator delivery didn't even try todeliveer package, sent it to pick up centre. Don't use Purolator. UPS has been delivering our neighbours packages all week
