It takes longer to go from Toronto to Cornwall Ontario than it takes me to go from Montreal to Laredo Texas and back than Purolater(Purolator) to go 4 hrs my package left dec 2nd and 8 days later still no package called customer service got only a recording then it hangs up piss poor customer service

Today is Friday December 10th. Took day off work to receive a package. Got email confirmation it was on its way with status mechanical failure. This was at 10 AM. Signed up for text notification. Received text at 1:30PM saying package is on its way again with mechanical failure. Spent an hour on hold from 2-3:15PM with Purolator only to be told sorry it was a truck issue and package probably won’t arrive until Monday. How does a truck issue take 4 days to fix and delay my package that long. Day wasted. Very disappointing order and customer experience.

Always late....no buzzer code they said... my last name gives you my buzzer code, I payed for delivery so do your job... I would definitely choose another company deliver my parcels

Very unreliable even before covid. I have been waiting for a small parcel for a job that was shipped last Thursday still nothing was to be delivered Monday nothing yet! Not the first time this has happened.

I would put 0 if it was an option. After wasting my time yesterday being hung up on repeatedly by your automated system and also attempting repeatedly to provide my address and buzzer number with your chat, I still received a notice on my mailbox today saying they couldn’t deliver. When calling the number on the slip, hung up on again. No answer and no service. Disgusted!

It was a great service for my business. It is now more trouble than ever. I do not use a cell phone and the drop off will not phone even track a number. Purolator's tracking often lists Red Deer instead of Rocky Mtn. House

Terrible service....I have to drive 45 minutes to pick up parcel which should have been delivered to my home.....all other delivery services deliver to my home Fed Ex ,Muskoka and so on...I would out in 0 rating but I can't...not happy
