Apparently drivers can't read addresses and drop off parcels where it is convienient for them. Refunds should be issued for such poor service. I would rate their service - 5 stars if I could

Paid for next day delivery didn't show up next day. They won't give me my money back for same day delivery. I wouldn't use this company if it was my only choice.

Really the only carrier I've dealt with that has lost more than one package, and ... more to the point .. has ZERO urgency in resolving issues. I would give Purolator a 0 star if I could right now

I have waited 3 weeks for a parcel to come from these idiots! I phoned and sat on hold for over 30 min. For them to tell me it’s delayed due to weather! It’s in Vancouver people the worst is rain!! Give me a fricken break! If there was negative stars they would get it! Don’t ever send or order things through Purolator!!!!! Lesson learnt don’t make the same mistake!

Purolator picked up my package in Niagara on the Lake on Dec 2. Next update said it missed the central hub, would ship next business day, and it hasn't or they haven't updated their info. Tried to chat on line, and they wanted 5.00 to find an answer. Never heard of such a thing.
