What a joke. Package picked up dec7 in Hamilton they took it to Toronto (it’s going to Cambridge) on lost it (a 15”x15” box). Still waiting for it dec10. Doe sent look like it’s moved from Toronto according to the tracking number

Parcels are extremely late

They call it purolator because you might as well say later to your package

who in their right mind would use purolator as a courier hopeless company

Amazon order shipped Nov. 29. On Dec. 8 Purolator tracking shows nothing beyond that date. I will ask Amazon to send future shipments by dog sled via the north pole. I guarantee the parcel will arrive on time or at least show where the heck it is!

Waiting 5 days. First day the driver drove past our house and then said he couldn't find our address. We live on a main street, duh. The Amazon and Skip the dishes drivers have no problem. Day 5 the status is out for delivery, bull crap.

Apparently drivers can't read addresses and drop off parcels where it is convienient for them. Refunds should be issued for such poor service. I would rate their service - 5 stars if I could

Paid for next day delivery didn't show up next day. They won't give me my money back for same day delivery. I wouldn't use this company if it was my only choice.

Unpredictable delays. This overinflated COVID problem is an amazing reason for not doing the work properly.

Always request Signature required on delivery ... Driver left a box left at my front door and my x mas order was stolen ! :(

Shipment delayed because Purolator can't meet it's connections

Really the only carrier I've dealt with that has lost more than one package, and ... more to the point .. has ZERO urgency in resolving issues. I would give Purolator a 0 star if I could right now

Package not left on doorstep....but A few weeks ago they left an expensive appliance on my doorstep in the rain!

My parcel has been sitting and still is for 12 days now at a location only 40 minute drive away!

I have waited 3 weeks for a parcel to come from these idiots! I phoned and sat on hold for over 30 min. For them to tell me it’s delayed due to weather! It’s in Vancouver people the worst is rain!! Give me a fricken break! If there was negative stars they would get it! Don’t ever send or order things through Purolator!!!!! Lesson learnt don’t make the same mistake!
