  • Purolator is the absolute last choice for any delivery. Their delivery drivers consistently do not make attempts to deliver packages, often not getting out of the truck or coming to the address door. In a time when everyone is mailing more and businesses are competing for the chance to serve, Purolator proves time and time again they do not value their customers or have any standards for the service they claim to provide. Choose any other company than Purolator when shipping anything if you want it to actually arrive at your destination. #abp

  • Full trailers just sitting at Purolator hub in Québec city, not being sorted and dispatched, as per driver. Customer service is not part of the corporate values. Local driver is a nice guy.

  • my parcel is somewhere ,with purolator ..but seems to have got lost between montreal and toronto. no update nothing i am amazed anyone would use you... i cannot contact anyone all i get is some Technician, which i presume is an ad and not a person at purolator tracking 332619589499 hopefully i will get my parcel someday...a little more updating on your tracking system might help

  • For me it’s my first experience and I did not like it they only update the tracking number Avery 4 to 5 days and it started it was supposed to be arriving between the 4 and the 7 now it says the 15

  • The customer service is very good. The drivers I am sure do the best they can. This is a difficult time for us all and we all need to be more patient with eachother. There needs to be better communication between the three the delivery drivers, depots and customer service. It is limited and could use some re-structuring. Otherwise I am eased with the service.

  • The customer service is amazing and I am grateful for all their help. The drivers I am sure do their best in these difficult times. Although we all need to have better communication with eachother . The set up could be improved between the depots , drivers and customer service.. Thanks for your hard work I am sure it is not easy.
