Where is my package was supposed to be here yesterday

Purolator picked up my package in Niagara on the Lake on Dec 2. Next update said it missed the central hub, would ship next business day, and it hasn't or they haven't updated their info. Tried to chat on line, and they wanted 5.00 to find an answer. Never heard of such a thing.

Pay 5.00 to track a package that appears to have been lost?

Unreliable delivery service. You need to learn from Amazon.

Horrible, they never delivers. Just mark, not at home. Never receive and miss slips ever.

They received my order Dec 2 and it’s still at the warehouse as of Dec 8 Unacceptable

They do not stick to delivery times.

Purolator is the absolute last choice for any delivery. Their delivery drivers consistently do not make attempts to deliver packages, often not getting out of the truck or coming to the address door. In a time when everyone is mailing more and businesses are competing for the chance to serve, Purolator proves time and time again they do not value their customers or have any standards for the service they claim to provide. Choose any other company than Purolator when shipping anything if you want it to actually arrive at your destination. #abp

Full trailers just sitting at Purolator hub in Québec city, not being sorted and dispatched, as per driver. Customer service is not part of the corporate values. Local driver is a nice guy.

very slow service with missed connections Tracking says out for delivery for 2 days now

My package has arrived 3 days earlier than a scheduled day ! Two weeks before Christmas, busiest time of the year. Not bad. I’m a happy camper

my parcel is somewhere ,with purolator ..but seems to have got lost between montreal and toronto. no update nothing i am amazed anyone would use you... i cannot contact anyone all i get is some Technician, which i presume is an ad and not a person at purolator tracking 332619589499 hopefully i will get my parcel someday...a little more updating on your tracking system might help
