Don’t know where you are all from but where I am they are the best! They deliver early and if I am not home they use my Ring system to ask if I wanted them to leave it or take it and deliver when I was home! Purolator Saskatoon keep up the great work!!!

any orders shipped by purolator do not arrive on day specified. constant delay with every shipment up to a week later Tracking is useless as they are not dependable

One only because there is no minus zero. Package stuck in TO for over a week. Over two weeks and counting within Canada. Pony express was faster. Please dont blame covid when it takes over a week to go from TO to Peterborough.

my parcel from PEI has been sitting in Truro for apprx 5 days , according to Purolator it is because of bad weather - one of the 5 days it rained, one of those days the temp was +11 and sunny , the remainder of the days were cloudy and sometimes a bit of rain,no heavy downpours, no snow, no blocked roads - if the delay was due to and excess of packages then say so , the truth would be much better than these brush off excuses

The slowest, most unreliable delivery service. My package from 3 hours away has been sitting in their warehouse from 8 days and counting. No information available when or if I would ever receive my package; which I need ASAP!

Order sitting in Winnipeg since Nov 20 being sorted??? (Today’s Date - Dec 6th) ... also very odd but the dates that showed in the tracking differ today from last Friday Dec 4 (when I called to complain about the delay) - showed deliver to my city sorting facility since Nov 20th and today shows there since Nov 23 at my city being sorted - date today is Dec 6th.
