Worst ever, if I could rate 0 for their service I would

My package arrived Saturday morning at 7:52 am however it won't be available for pick up until Monday sometime Terrible service

There is nothing worse than this company. Is it reasonable for the postman to leave me a receipt to receive my parcel and not call me knowing that I am waiting for it empty-handed and when I went to the center the next day I did not receive it because the postman left him with him in his car What is this neglect?

Worst delivery company ever. Never give accurate updated. Avoid using them at all costs

It has been 5 days and there is NO update. better start looking at you competitors for some hints on how to do "delivery". NOT impressed with Purolator service.

Worst courier company to deal with

Seems they misprinted my address and are trying to deliver my package in a different city. Now their phone number goes straight to busy tone after a pre-recorded message.

Only giving a 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option. I was called the day my parcel was due to arrive saying they could not find my place and they were gonna try the next day. The next day, I get a call saying they were going to drop it off the following day. The following day, I get a call again (I’m sitting at home mind you) saying they cannot find my place and will drop it off at a place to be picked up. I get the tracking number and address. My earliest convenience, I drive 15 minutes to end up in a Lowe’s parking lot. I go in and a super helpful clerk says that sometimes there’s a van that has purolator packages to distribute that is in the parking lot... it wasn’t there when I went. I still don’t have my parcel

Have ordered a couple things from a store an hour away. One thing shipped relatively quickly but went to a sorting facility 3 hours away and has been sitting there for 4 days. The other item is is still sitting in the store waiting to be picked up. SLOWEST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER. I would definitely not order from anyone using purolator as a delivery service. I would give negative stars if I could.

100 percent better than Canada Post

They never give correct information when we call. Also my parcels are ALWAYS late and isn't because COVID19 is since forever

No attempt at delivery, just dropped it straight at a retail drop off point. Didn't call buzz code or leave further instruction. Had to track down where package had gone myself.

Two weeks have passed and still no delivery, what is going on with Purolator worked for government for over 30 years and they were always the most reliable. Something has obviously gone very wrong! Very unreliable over the past year now

It has been over a week and no package or update about it. Purolator says it's under investigation. What is going on?!? Very upsetting. Poor service

Ordered boots, said they were delivered they were not. Chat robot was no help, have been on hold twice for an hour. Not able to choose "package did not arrive" not impressed
