Seems they misprinted my address and are trying to deliver my package in a different city. Now their phone number goes straight to busy tone after a pre-recorded message.

Only giving a 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option. I was called the day my parcel was due to arrive saying they could not find my place and they were gonna try the next day. The next day, I get a call saying they were going to drop it off the following day. The following day, I get a call again (I’m sitting at home mind you) saying they cannot find my place and will drop it off at a place to be picked up. I get the tracking number and address. My earliest convenience, I drive 15 minutes to end up in a Lowe’s parking lot. I go in and a super helpful clerk says that sometimes there’s a van that has purolator packages to distribute that is in the parking lot... it wasn’t there when I went. I still don’t have my parcel

Have ordered a couple things from a store an hour away. One thing shipped relatively quickly but went to a sorting facility 3 hours away and has been sitting there for 4 days. The other item is is still sitting in the store waiting to be picked up. SLOWEST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER. I would definitely not order from anyone using purolator as a delivery service. I would give negative stars if I could.

No attempt at delivery, just dropped it straight at a retail drop off point. Didn't call buzz code or leave further instruction. Had to track down where package had gone myself.

Two weeks have passed and still no delivery, what is going on with Purolator worked for government for over 30 years and they were always the most reliable. Something has obviously gone very wrong! Very unreliable over the past year now

It has been over a week and no package or update about it. Purolator says it's under investigation. What is going on?!? Very upsetting. Poor service

Ordered boots, said they were delivered they were not. Chat robot was no help, have been on hold twice for an hour. Not able to choose "package did not arrive" not impressed

Wow! Seriously I have never seen such awful service! No way to leave a message or time to drop it off. It sat for 6 days and then all of a sudden I get notice they will be delivering. Another day later they came at 1116 and left before my daughter could get down the stairs to answer the door. Now can’t get a hold of any one. Disgusting service! I’m going to tell Telus motto be using you. No way to communicate with you AND I’ve been on hold for 1 hour and 10 min. WT ????? And that’s just awful music you have for keeping people on hold!

If you don’t need your package ship with Purplator . If it is important use Fedex or UPS .

Paid for one day shipping and according to the tracking it has yet to be picked up by Purolator. We are now on day 4. Not happy

Can NOT access anything, any number, any human . There is no zero rating. Piss poor service, truck drove by my house and kept on going
