Wow! Seriously I have never seen such awful service! No way to leave a message or time to drop it off. It sat for 6 days and then all of a sudden I get notice they will be delivering. Another day later they came at 1116 and left before my daughter could get down the stairs to answer the door. Now can’t get a hold of any one. Disgusting service! I’m going to tell Telus motto be using you. No way to communicate with you AND I’ve been on hold for 1 hour and 10 min. WT ????? And that’s just awful music you have for keeping people on hold!

If you don’t need your package ship with Purplator . If it is important use Fedex or UPS .

Paid for one day shipping and according to the tracking it has yet to be picked up by Purolator. We are now on day 4. Not happy

You are very rarely able to get updated tracking information. After 4 days of the parcel being picked up from the sender and being scanned electronically in their system, I was still not able to get any tracking information other then it had been picked up. For Purolator and the prices that you charge, that is unexceptable.

Still waiting for a vital package that originated in Orillia on Monday November 24 and today is Wednesday December 2, 2020. That is 8 days and Sudbury is 3 hours away.... I have a bar code on my door allowing packages to be left. Inside are exams that I require to pass out tonight for students. I now have to postpone the exam and the scheduling of 22 students (who wont be happy) due to Purolator. I will announce the reason in class tonight why they cannot write their exam. Very displeased, we pay Purolator BIG money to deliver and normally that happens in a mere 2 days. sometimes a delay of 3 or 4 my be acceptable but NOT this

Companies should not use Purolator as their delivery service. How is it that this company still exists.
