Purolator Canada reviews

Send hundreds of parcels yearly from Montreal to Calgary and now they claim address doesn’t exist. Nobody moved and address was checked to be correct.

They have the worst service, their drivers don't care, never deliver or try to deliver, this business deserves to go under. Sorry i can't leave a minus star.

They don't deliver on time when express but they still charge you for express :(

Driver Couldn't be bothered to use entry panel to condo.

The guy that delivers is really nice he knocks 3 times and waits he is nice. But Purolator does not seen to care but they are owned by Canada Post

Mon colis reste coincé à Vancouver depuis 7 jours, mais ils ont toujours la bonne excuse. 1 étoile c'est trop. À chaque fois c'est la même chose.

Missed connection. Two days late delivery. Tracking showed parcel transferred two a tiers carrier. From that point on, unable to track. Gave Purolator a call waited 45 minutes. They were unable to help.

Purolator is always late. I don’t understand why Amazon continues to use them.

Stupid drivers couldn't look for my name on the entry board for the entry code

Lots of fake deliveries. I have it on camera. No doorbell ring. Just a sticker amd gone. Shame. Don’t use these ripoff artists

55 inch tv is oversized for purulator ? they need 2 guys for that instead of one guy and a dolly. i've been waiting for weeks to receive it. Its a shame

Purolator is unable to keep-up with demand. Hire more staff and provide the service people pay for.

Mauvais service, colis en retard et chaque fois, de plusieurs jours. Vive Intelcom et son excellent service! Purolator devrait s'en inspirer.
