Lost package and no one knows where it is even though they brought it to my door and left a pickup slip!!!!!!

There is way too much delay every time an amazon package comes with this company

Not efficient, l track my item which said on vehicle for delivery since yesterday.

I am expecting a package to be delivered by Purolator. After tracking it,it says delivered at the door. They know my place is an apartment and they never bother calling me about my package. In short, my package was lost or stolen. Horrible service.

Terrible in all ways. If Amazon continues to use them for shipping I will stop ordering from Amazon

My package was supposed to be delivered to me on Friday Nov. 13 still have not received. When I track it still sitting in Toronto. When it does get here they won't even bother to ring. They never do sometimes they leave a slip sometimes they don't even bother so I am calling around trying to find my package.

A week later and still no package!!

I see no reason I should pay $5 to get information on my package.

Did not follow delivery instructions to back door. Package sat outside from drop off to this morning.

The worst delivery service. They never bother walking to your apartment door, they always leave a pick up slip even when they have gained access to the building!

So I ordered my package about a week ago from Best Buy used purlator as my courier they definitely sent it to the sorting facility in Toronto pretty fast but that was 5 days ago and I’m on Vancouver island. Why is it still in Toronto?
