Still no package....still no one answering the phone.... These guys are terrible and they have the very worse service....

What a bad service!!! Never punctual, and often they not even showing up and they say nobody was at home. I live in a building with 24H concierge!

Purolator has always been awesome. I ship in lots of USA items and their tracking is excellent.

They sell u at the office a service They say in 2 days your delivery will be done. Later on their website they say we are late of minimum 3 days. I sent FOOD. Why they do not tell you at the office they have a delay. Purolator for me : NEVER

purolator is the worst carrier ever!!! after waiting 10 days for a late package that I kept tracking every day the day they said it was out for delivery is the same day they sent it back to the seller , no notice , no nothing on my door or in my mail box , calling them to find out wtf , is like banging your head on a wall , after spending 10 min dealing with the automated system I had to hang up to go to work still not having talked to a human, if I could give them less then 1 I would

Why during a pandemic did you not leave parcel at the door, all other delivery business are leaving parcels at the door. I will not go to pickup location, I don’t know the place, whose been there etc. I will make sure in future my parcels are not delivered by purolator for my health and safety.

Purolator never delivers parcels on time. Even before covid-19 issue's. They also do nothing to help the situation.

paquet supposé arriver le 18, nous sommes le 20 toujours pas arrivé et lordque je verifie ou ils en sont rendu avec mon paquet avec mon numéro.. j'ai absolumment aucune info autre que pour le drop du 17!! Pourquoi nous donner un numero de tracking s'il ne sert absolument a rien. On comprend la note globale que les gens ont donnés!!!

There has been no updated tracking information on my package in over 3 days! And it’s even in my city! Not happy.

I am so disappointed in Purolator. I live in a rural subdivision in Coleman AB and you have stopped delivering here. All other delivery trucks come to the homes here except Purolator. There are many homes here and our roads are maintained so there is no excuse for not coming here.

Purolator is the worst. They never attempt to deliver anything as they say. They arrive, leave the note and go. Awful service!!!

I'm not sure why these guys always get a bad rating I've always had large electronics such as televisions and other items delivered without any hassle or damage to the parcel

Every single time I have a order shipped by Purolator it always takes 2-3 weeks or longer...parcel gets lost or shipped to Ottawa then back to Mississauga totally passing my destination, the shipping it FRUSTRATING EXTREMELY SLOW & completely unreliable

Worst delivery company ever. They do not get required signatures, they drop packages at your door without so much as ringing the doorbell and then the driver actually lied about the signature, saying he received a verbal signature. He did not. This week the delivery man put a note on my mailbox saying “sorry we missed you, come pick it up tomorrow “. Well, I was home. No knock out doorbell. Simply put a notification without even trying to give me my package. DO NOT USE PUROLATOR IF YIU NEED YOUR PACKAGE TO ARRIVE SAFELY! Twice they left our medication on the doorstep and left our gate open for any junkie to steal the clearly marked pharmacy box. I was home both days. My dogs told me our package was on the doorstep. Complaining is useless. Drivers repeat shitty service every time. One star is too much credit. They don’t deserve any stars at all. Epic fail with every delivery. No I don’t choose Purolator, ever. Sadly, the shippers do. I never would.

Of all the courier companies, Purolator is the worst atdelivering packages. The delivery personnel do the absolute minimum to deliver items. Even pre-pandemic, this has been Purolator's M.O..
