Purolator Canada reviews

It has been a week since my package is supposed to be delivered. They said it's still under investigation. What the hell!! How long does it take them to trace where my package is now. Never again I will order anything that uses Purolator. Very very bad service

would've been 5 stars save for one wee frustration: saying the parcel's 'out for delivery' - in my experience of online shipments, that generally has meant the item will be arriving sometime during that day; not days later - saying it's 'enroute' is really good enough - may be a moot point to some, but to me, I won't be waiting-n-waiting-n-waiting - know what I'm sayin'? -- other than that, the delivery went off well and the driver was very courteous (and working into evening's darkness - kudos!) - that's it, folks - play/stay safe, eh!!

Waiting for vip meds namely vac Chemotherapy and dexamethasone, it was supposed to be delivered to Shoppers At Creekside BUT instead it was delivered to Evanston??? Tom Baker Cancer Ctre needs to hire a new reliable delivery service. I am stressed out.

The last 4 packages I have had delivered roughly 1 monthly, they have all been between 7 to 10 days late. My latest package has been sitting in the Toronto sort facility for a week. I live 20 minutes away.. i have another package that has been sitting in Vancouver sort facility for a week because of "mechanical issues"

So twice in the last week ive been notified that my parcel is in my city and out for delivery. So i work fulltime outside my home and both times arranged for someone to come to my home and be there for the delivery, only because these are expensive items from amazon. At the end of the day i get notices saying my items are delayed and showing that they are in other cities. Wow very inconvenient and poor communication. So for people who are waiting for parcels being delivered from Purolator, you need to be onsight for a few days all day because you never really know when you will receive your parcels and another thing is nobody rings doorbells or knocks. Your parcels are left outside like nobody cares.

I've never had such terrible unprofessional delivery service. Unfortunately every time amazon sends my packages through purolator they are either lost or say they attempted delivery. My cameras prove otherwise. So disappointing. Needless to say purolator is the last option to use. Word of mouth means alot in the business world.

Very poor service. With address appropriately entered, the delivery was not intially done because Address correction required. After calling and rescheduling the delivery, the delivery was yet not done because Receiver was unavailable, meanwhile I had been at home all day long and even, I had received other shipments from other shipping companies. This is so disappointing.

How does puralotor have exceptional service one time and next 10 orders are delayed with no moral logistical sense.. They pick up item and then sits in sorting for 10 bloody days what kind of professional service is that..

Part of the shipment piece 1 of 2 arrived much earlier than expected. Piece 2 of 2 is very difficult to find.

Suppose to deliver on 30th Nov but didn't deliver and mentioned that miss delivery. Very very bad service.

Terrible service. I will never recommend to anybody.

Not happy said 5 days for delivery still had been delivered Nov 29. Could have sent it Canada post for a lot less money. Was transferred to Canada post on the 29. Could have saved a whole pile of money. Delivery for Canada post about under 30 dollars for saMe delivery time My cost with puralator 90.17

Delivery person wore mask and was very professional. His vehicle was unable to get up the hill leading to the house so he carried a very heavy and awkward box over his head. Quite daring in that the road was slippery. Very happy with the service. Unfortunately unable to give him a tip.

Have talked to someone 3 different times. Do not seem to know where they are going. Not happy with the service

I was expecting an urgent delivery from Purolator. They claim nobody was home to receive the parcel. We were home all day and our video doorbell did not record ca delivery. Consequently we did not receive our parcel.
