  • Purolator strikes again... I wish we had control over what carrier Amazon uses to deliver our packages. More often than not, Purolator is delayed or drops at wrong unit number.

  • I have been waiting for a package for several days. When I track it it says tracking has not been updated since October 27... it is November 1. What is the point of having tracking.......

  • Horrible delivery truck pulls up to my house is there for 10 min. While they search truck for my package then drive away without any delivery, no explanation no nothing , i have to check website from where I purchased product the next day to find out puralator lost the package.

  • Best avoided. Earlier, they lost my package, but said it was delivered. Now, I have to drive far away to pick up another package. Ebay, should not use this company.

  • I received a delivery notice yesterday. Today, I went to the office at 90 Silver Star Blvd Scarborough to pick it up, but I didn’t get it because they cannot find it. They ask me come back on Monday. It made me feel bad.

  • I personally dont even think they deserve 1 star but 0 stars wasnt an option. Literally the worst shipping company EVER! I purchase alot of things online and not ONCE had purolator been on time with delivery. Matter of fact, they are easily 4-7 days late (once they were 3 weeks late) and if not late; my parcel either ends up lost or delivered to another address. When i worked for Canada Post purolator was the top priority mail option, of course with the highest cost. They arent worth 5 cents now. They use covid as an excuse; all other carriers still manage in the exact same pandemic.

  • I am not sure what the COVID policy is for delivery of parcels but twice this week I have woken up to parcels left outside in the snow? Is ringing a doorbell no longer allowed?

  • Was not home at the time of delivery (at work). Package was left outside front door where it was then found stolen when I arrived home. A notice of delivery should have been left so that the package could have been picked up at a Purolator depot or the delivery rescheduled.
