I handed over my parcel on November 09, 2020 and still in transit on November 16, 2020 headed in GTA.

Never had any problems

Not received. Marked as received. May will be received tomorrow. But change the status to received just for amazon for prime account is not correct. You lose the trust. You have to delivering pizza and not items for amazon

Every time I order from Amazon Prime and Purolator is the delivery system, I never get my package on the date I was quoted.

Worst service ever!

Takes a week for them to get the package before shipping

Says they attempted delivery and I wasn’t available. I’m home all day every day. They never showed up.

This has to be the worst delivery company. They say they are going to deliver your package and then all of a sudden there's a delay. No updates when you put your tracking number in. This is the first time Purolator has been used to deliver my package from Amazon. Amazon needs to get rid of them especially before the holidays. Nobody will get their packages in time. Awful service

I was not at home on first time delivery. I called them and they rescheduled it as promised for next day. Thank you to puralotor...

Purolator has always gone above a c beyond there call of duty!!! Purolator workers/employees have always work as professional... I like to thank all Purolator employee for all their hard worker!!!
