Where are they getting the new delivery drivers that can't even get out of the the truck to see if a person works or lives at a address just because there is no name on a building but its a address to deliver too. The address numbers are 4 feet high with a phone number on a package. Terrible service never will use them again .

Rarely have service so poor both in terms of delivery times and the lack of customer service worthy of the name. Is it possible to speak to a representative without having to spend 2 hours on the phone? Good luck.

The first parcel was supposed to arrive in a day and it took a month. This second package went to Toronto in October. I’m in Windsor. So, where is it?

No idea where my parcel is. Purolator is hopeless. Mail is much faster.

Every time purolator is designated for my amazon delivery, they drop my package to the wrong adress.

Takes forever to get your package from Vancouver to Montreal. 12 days. They strap your package on a moose and send it on its way

My package was supposed to arrive by Tuesday, it's now Friday and they have no idea where it is, and tracking is near useless with them.

terrible PURO-LATER, not even bother to buzz my unit number, I saw him just leave and stick the note that I need to pick- up the package to the nearest outlet. I was very angry and when I report for complain they don't know who's the delivery guy. Zero Star for purolator

I cannot rate your horrendous service less than one star.Your Virtual Assistant tool cannot answer basic information, such as why if my package is "on the vehicle for delivery" and it's past 9pm, what happens now? No delivery attempt was made, three people were here to receive it, no "missed delivery" slip was left at the home or community mailbox. What happens now? Is it sitting on the vehicle still? Is it lost? Is it stolen? Will your company attempt to provide the service that I have paid for tomorrow, on Saturday? What are my options now?
