You did not even ring my doorbell and you just left a delivery notice. Now u want me to go pick-up my parcel 1 hour away from my home. I am disappointed!

Where are they getting the new delivery drivers that can't even get out of the the truck to see if a person works or lives at a address just because there is no name on a building but its a address to deliver too. The address numbers are 4 feet high with a phone number on a package. Terrible service never will use them again .

Rarely have service so poor both in terms of delivery times and the lack of customer service worthy of the name. Is it possible to speak to a representative without having to spend 2 hours on the phone? Good luck.

As usual package delayed. Explanation.is due to the pandemic. If that is the case do offer next day service if you're unable to deliver.
