You have attempted to deliver a package to me that neither I nor anyone I know has requested. Imtriedvto talk to your chat and now you want $5.00 from me. You are the worst if the worst for delivery companies. Send the damn package back.

Awful Service. Late by weeks and tracking was confusing.

Terrible.......Tracking number doesn’t work Package was marked deliver, not delivered they are holding it and I don’t know where!

Received my package late, and when it did show up to my door the cardboard was ripped to pieces. My item inside the cardboard was bent and broken.. Now I have to return it. Purolator strikes again!

No interest in delivering packages on time.

My parcel was due for delivery on the 28th and was then delayed to the 3rd (never arrived) only to show it was due for delivery out in the truck today. It reads delivered but nothing is there? Now they’re saying that they need to re verify the address? I’m confused just give me my stuff already.

Waiting 3 days on a 2 hr shipment. Very frustrating.

I’ve never had a single problem with them. The driver for my area even came back after being here once already and I wasn’t home. He said he decided to retry me in his way back to the depot so I wouldn’t have to go and pick it up knowing I had no way of getting to the depot. I feel that’s going an extra step to make costumers very happy. I would always recommend Purolator over Canada Post any day!
