No interest in delivering packages on time.

My parcel was due for delivery on the 28th and was then delayed to the 3rd (never arrived) only to show it was due for delivery out in the truck today. It reads delivered but nothing is there? Now they’re saying that they need to re verify the address? I’m confused just give me my stuff already.

Waiting 3 days on a 2 hr shipment. Very frustrating.

I’ve never had a single problem with them. The driver for my area even came back after being here once already and I wasn’t home. He said he decided to retry me in his way back to the depot so I wouldn’t have to go and pick it up knowing I had no way of getting to the depot. I feel that’s going an extra step to make costumers very happy. I would always recommend Purolator over Canada Post any day!

It doesn’t get any worse than Purolator do not recommend at all

no attemp was made to deliver my package at my home doorstep... instead they have delivered it elsewhere and to someone else and now I have to find it.

Purolator's drivers need to control their speed or get another job. On Tuesday, Nov 3 at 1:30 pm one of their drivers flew by our home so fast he could barely hold his vehicle on the road. We live in a mini home Park with a speed limit of 30k. It's a narrow street with children moving around the park regularly. We realize their job requires delivering asap but safety must come first.

they hide packages around the house. Like going on treasure hunt to find your parcel.

Never showed up never put a notice at the door

We never receive a call or no notification and it’s been 4 packages. When we find it and go pick it up ourselves they tell us we gave you a call and the person at the counter is very rude

Tracking indicated the package was to arrive a week ago and tracking now shows it has not left the province of origin

Almost always arrives days after it’s suppose to. Several times they’ve said “attempted to deliver, no one available to accept” which has been an outright lie as we’ve been home and near the entrance the entire day.
