It doesn’t get any worse than Purolator do not recommend at all

no attemp was made to deliver my package at my home doorstep... instead they have delivered it elsewhere and to someone else and now I have to find it.

Purolator's drivers need to control their speed or get another job. On Tuesday, Nov 3 at 1:30 pm one of their drivers flew by our home so fast he could barely hold his vehicle on the road. We live in a mini home Park with a speed limit of 30k. It's a narrow street with children moving around the park regularly. We realize their job requires delivering asap but safety must come first.

they hide packages around the house. Like going on treasure hunt to find your parcel.

Never showed up never put a notice at the door

We never receive a call or no notification and it’s been 4 packages. When we find it and go pick it up ourselves they tell us we gave you a call and the person at the counter is very rude

Tracking indicated the package was to arrive a week ago and tracking now shows it has not left the province of origin

Almost always arrives days after it’s suppose to. Several times they’ve said “attempted to deliver, no one available to accept” which has been an outright lie as we’ve been home and near the entrance the entire day.

Express shipping shouldn't take two days

Purolator strikes again... I wish we had control over what carrier Amazon uses to deliver our packages. More often than not, Purolator is delayed or drops at wrong unit number.

I have been waiting for a package for several days. When I track it it says tracking has not been updated since October 27... it is November 1. What is the point of having tracking.......

Horrible delivery truck pulls up to my house is there for 10 min. While they search truck for my package then drive away without any delivery, no explanation no nothing , i have to check website from where I purchased product the next day to find out puralator lost the package.

Best avoided. Earlier, they lost my package, but said it was delivered. Now, I have to drive far away to pick up another package. Ebay, should not use this company.

I received a delivery notice yesterday. Today, I went to the office at 90 Silver Star Blvd Scarborough to pick it up, but I didn’t get it because they cannot find it. They ask me come back on Monday. It made me feel bad.
