So many lost packages and late deliveries

Only because I can’t give no stars! Service is not good and my experience with customer service has not been great, either!

Wish I could rate these guys less than that. They have marked parcel delivered to my address while the tracking shows it’s been placed in one of their collection centres. Just wondering can it get any worse than this. Then again, they might surprise by beating that too..!!

They leave packages at apt doors that later get stolen.

First, my parcel was noted as "Attempted delivery - receiver unavailable - left message" - well I was home all day and no message or attempted delivery wa made. Now, my tracking says "Available for pickup for 5 days at the counter" but you do not provide an address where it may be picked up??????

Says my parcel is delivered but I live in North Bay and it got Delivered to somewhere in Bracebridge. Tried to call to get it sent to the right address and they said theres nothing they can do about it and did not tell me where it got delivered to.

I finally got a tracking number and my parcel has been returned to sender without my being advised it had arrived. I was given no notice by anyone and the package never arrived at my door.

Terrible service. The sooner they go out of business the better.

These guys couldn't deliver a package on time if their life depended on it. Thoroughly disgusted with their service. Every time they are days if not weeks late

Worst service ever, this company deserves 0. My tv is lost. Amazon should stay away from this clowns....

Items picked a few days ago and still waiting for arrival - bought thru Amazon.
