Service pourri. Ne sont pas capable de se mettre au niveau des autres transporteurs.

Called Tues. Talked to a live person .was told it be here delivered between 8 am and 9 am next day.Didnt come .Tracked online said delayed 4-7 days.??? Really.!!!!. Message hasn't changed online since Wed.

The most unprofessional company ever. The driver never take his arse out the truck to delivery a package not even to let a notification, I just got an email "we sorry we missed you" while I was home all day long patiently waiting for my package and the doorbell not even rang. The customer service is awful, even worst than the delivery drivers, the chat and the phone number are useless, completely useless, all they do is to tell you "I dont know" in many different ways and they never help with anything!!! Purolator, please do us a great work and close your doors, Purolator is a shame as a company...a huge shame!!!

Terrible service, I have never had a package arrive on time. Use a different service if you can.

Do not use this company, i ordered I iPad off Amazon and the seller used this company the delivery driver left the package outside my apt as well wasn't home and it was stolen,I called the company no apology just that I had to file a police report,and apparently there is a purelator drop off point here

Very poor service, doesn’t even deserve a single star.

Parcel was 4 days late and never was never notified. Then when I called customer service the guy on the phone was mouthy, kept cutting me off and didn’t help whatsoever. I’ll never use purolator again

Very poor organization and service

Delayed by a week and still no correspondence from Puralator. I had to call amazon to get in touch with them. When asked for the estimated delivery date they said sometime next week. Worst delivery service in Canada..

Terrible service. Drivers either do not leave package despite having a visible sticker on my front door, say they can't find an address, etc. It is unacceptable that there is no pick up location in Newmarket and must drive to Vaughan to pick up parcels.

I don’t understand why a parcel is in Moncton for 5 to 7 days
