Worst carrier going I pay for 2 day shipping and every time my package arrives its always booked in at 9.35 and is not delivered till the next day also a delivery delay is sent out after lunch not impressed with Medicine Hat

Worst experience ever. I would never personally use this company . Wrong address. They never attempted to come to the correct address,,,lost package

Delivery guy knocked one quick knock. Then Left note saying that I was unavailable and would have to pick up my package at Purolator. I was not even able to get off my couch and answer the door before he was gone. Not to mention I have instructions to leave package at door.

Always have a problem delivering. Other delivery service never have a problem. Zero Star not available.

I do not recommend this service for the fact the delivery guy always and always leave the delivery paper out the building door saying the guy tried to deliver it but did not find you. Here is the thing I do not leave my apartment whatsoever and I did not receive any buzz call. That means the delivery guy is not honest and this service is the worst. All others delivery service bring my staff to the front door. So yes I do not like this service and I do not recommend this service

The truck driver did not accept to drop it off at front of my door. I explained to him I am in quarantine and I am not supposed to meet anyone or get down at the door entrance to pick the delivery from him but he didn't listen and left without giving me my important mail. He must be punished.
