Purolator Canada reviews

Waiting for my package since Monday when delivery was promised. Not a word since? It was on a truck they claim Monday. Did they lose a product with a bar code?

Not enough info about the tracking. More info after the package is out for delivery would be great!

Driver just sticks notice on mailboxes in condo lobby. No effort is made to deliver to my door. Always have to go to depot to pick up. Other couriers have no trouble coming to apartment door. Not good service and would never trust them to deliver anything.

Terrible service! Imposing random delays on deliveries, shipping back and forth across provinces unnecessarily and then due to the MASSIVE overhandling they deliver damaged products! If I EVER see Purolator listed as a delivery courier for any shipment again I will cancel it on the spot and refuse delivery. 1 star MUCH too generous for such incredibly poor service..... Terrible...

Aweful service. You are my last resort choice of courier. I only use you when NO ONE else is available. Full stop

My delivery was made up of two separate boxes but only one was dropped off. I now have to fight to try and find my other package!! Not impressed.

Why do we pay overnight and when it shows up days later and don’t we get discount?

Never on time; worse in winter, they wont even serve our area.

No delivery .but the tracking says that the item is delivered. Whereas I received notice from Purolator that your item is delayed. Total nonsense .

Just leave my package. Stop running off.

They never update the details in real time - so your left hanging for days as to where ur parcel is - mine has sat in sorting facility in Vancouver for 4 days apparently ...and still due in Ontario for 10am delivery tomorrow in Muskoka - right I think not !!
