Why do I have to keep calling for redelivery when there is a sticker on my door. I am not happy with the service I am getting

10 days to get from Calgary to Courtenay, 8 days before they even called for help. The log shows they were confused and should have called the second day. They've delivered here countless times

Sent me to wrong pickup address. Total disaster ruined my day big time.

Always fast delivery, no issues. Tend to just leave parcels on the door step in the rain - but besides that. They’re alright

Most of the time they are ok, but they're tracking page doesn't give any details as an indication of when your delivery might arrive and they don't seem to care if your package arrives late. There is no information available on the route that they take or any estimate on how long it will be.

Worst company to deal with when it come to shipment it shows delivered to front door but the driver has it in his truck coz I have a camera I could prove they didn’t ship it otherwise they would have stolen my item that easy coz they were telling me someone must have taken it until I said I have a camera

No information on my parcel. Just it will be delayed. For over a week. Nothing but run around. First and last time with purolator for me.Very unprofessional.
