Purolator Canada reviews

I hate when your couriers claim they attempt delivery but instead just post your sticker and info and simply leave. They don't ever ring doorbell/buzz...Hate lazy couriers and forces me to go to depot to get my package....

I was waiting for a package coming from BC. It arrived in Calgary on Friday at 2:45 pm and there it stayed until Tuesday afternoon thanksgiving. Will not use purolator again

Item picked up and sat in warehouse for 5 days, no movement and Back up my receiving date, why ?

One day delivery turned in 4 days

Not on time. Lazy drivers.

Amazon Prime promised Friday. Purolator says out to deliver in a truck at 13h. It’s Saturday morning and the status hasn’t change. No idea what is going on.

Didn't deliver, said they tried but I was home with a dog that barks at everyone that comes to the door, so that's a lie. In the email they also that I should look for notice with pickup details but there was no notice on my door. Might as well be considered a fraudulent service.

Purolator is the absolute worst shipping service there is. There’s an apparent issue with my address and I do not know what it is I can not fix it. I can not contact anyone and purolators website is horrible! I truly despise this company.

I have another attempted delivery, 3 people were home. No knock.

Said they could not find the property, even all properties had a number. FedEx & UPS have no problem.

Je préfère Intelcom, ils ont l’intelligence de laisser le paquet non pas devant la porte pour la bloquer!!! Jamais bien servis pas vos services :(

They never deliver it and I have to pick up packages days later. If you dont have a tracking number they have no alternate way of finding your package.

Never informed at the time of delivery as the parcels could have important documents.

Arrived promptly. Able to track it also.

I guess I was lucky that I got delivered in 1 day from Calgary to Vancouver
