Purolator Canada reviews

My package was rerouted due to nobody being available to receive. I went to the pick location shown and they said they didn't have package there. It show it was delivered to Burnaby but no address now. I tried starting a chat and was disconnected several times showing no agent's available. Can I just find out where the he k the package is? ???

If you pay for next day delivery and their plane breaks down so it ends up taking longer, shouldn't you receive a partial refund because the service you payed for was not given? If I knew it would take more than a day to get my shipment to my customer, I would not have payed the extravagant amount for next day. I was ripped off and want the difference back in shipping cost. Take a look at their ratings; man I wish I would've before using their service. Shipped an item out last week with no problems (albeit expensive); second time was no dice on the follow through. Fix your trucks and planes to hold your delivery standards true; otherwise remove faster shipping options from your services. Unbelievable; and yes, I want my money that I'm now owed. Not looking for a full refund, but I should only be charged for the service I received. We will no longer be doing business in the future. Online sellers; don't use this carrier. I had customers that wanted next day so I decided to try Purolator out; one customer is very dissatisfied, which falls on the seller's (your) feedback. You don't want that and neither do I.

Garbage! The worst shipping experience I could imagine. Shut this service down.

When the package says "delivered" but it's actually still in transit, that's not good tracking. That happened to me a few times. Today, the package was actually delivered. The delivery-person did not ring my unit nor knock at my door. They simply left the package squarely in the middle of the way, downstairs. Zero efforts.

Your note says driver can't find address. Not true. My second Purolator package arrived to the same location 15 minutes ago. Your driver is at fault! I drive in to town 3 hrs for pickup. Waste of my time. Waste of next day delivery fees.

Very hard to reach them. My order arrived to them since September 1st, today is September 6 and still cant reach them to check the reason for not contacting me.

Can’t deliver anything when expected

Lost my package which happened to be a modem for my internet. When I opened an investigation they deemed it "delivered incorrectly" and promptly closed the file without any sort of remedy. I had to be the middle man between Purolator and the internet company for 3 weeks all while NOT having any internet. Sort yourselves out because YOU'RE ALL SPARE PARTS! ESPECIALLY PAULA.

Been given 4 different dates each a week apart and still haven’t received my $150 purchase.

Purolator has the absolute worst customer service, I have ordered something 6 months ago, still haven't received it, Purolator told me the they lost my item twice and that they are not going to look for it.

I would not use Purolater - have not had good service with them - DHL is a much more efficient option
