Can’t deliver anything when expected

Lost my package which happened to be a modem for my internet. When I opened an investigation they deemed it "delivered incorrectly" and promptly closed the file without any sort of remedy. I had to be the middle man between Purolator and the internet company for 3 weeks all while NOT having any internet. Sort yourselves out because YOU'RE ALL SPARE PARTS! ESPECIALLY PAULA.

Been given 4 different dates each a week apart and still haven’t received my $150 purchase.

Purolator has the absolute worst customer service, I have ordered something 6 months ago, still haven't received it, Purolator told me the they lost my item twice and that they are not going to look for it.

I would not use Purolater - have not had good service with them - DHL is a much more efficient option

Have a package that it will not let me track and I get a automated message when I phone. It's been 8 days already. Last time I use purolater.

Never actually attempt the delivery. Just leaves the card. Useless

Packages marked as delivered when nothing has been delivered! According to Amazon, the drivers are marking packages as “delivered” while they were on their way. I imagine this is to hit their KPIs. This is really frustrating because I have no way of knowing if it will actually arrive on time, if it’s been stolen (no ring/no knock) or if I will just never receive it. Really disappointing especially when the customer pays extra to have it expedited and when there is a real need to have it on time!

Received notification parcel could not be delivered but people were in the hotel to receive it. Driver did not get out of vehicle or leave a notice. Need package for training tomorrow

Always get my packages on time

Anytime something gets shipped by purolator i look for it elsewhere as i know purolator will be at least a week late on delivery.

Parcel has been sitting at a sorting facility for a week with no changes. This business should be shut down and/or amazon should stop sending their stuff through them. Absolute garbage delivery service. Always late, delays galore and probably gonna arrive damaged somehow. Wish i could give zero stars and erase purolator from this world.

2 packages shipped the same day, from the same facility, one gets delivered, one is delayed 5-7 days. ?WTF?

Two part package had a shipping requests submitted on the same day from the same location . FedEx delivery arrived 36 hours later, Purolator still shows that the package was picked up and is still sitting in the Sorting facility...4 days later.
