  • Never actually attempt the delivery. Just leaves the card. Useless

  • Packages marked as delivered when nothing has been delivered! According to Amazon, the drivers are marking packages as “delivered” while they were on their way. I imagine this is to hit their KPIs. This is really frustrating because I have no way of knowing if it will actually arrive on time, if it’s been stolen (no ring/no knock) or if I will just never receive it. Really disappointing especially when the customer pays extra to have it expedited and when there is a real need to have it on time!

  • Received notification parcel could not be delivered but people were in the hotel to receive it. Driver did not get out of vehicle or leave a notice. Need package for training tomorrow

  • Anytime something gets shipped by purolator i look for it elsewhere as i know purolator will be at least a week late on delivery.

  • Parcel has been sitting at a sorting facility for a week with no changes. This business should be shut down and/or amazon should stop sending their stuff through them. Absolute garbage delivery service. Always late, delays galore and probably gonna arrive damaged somehow. Wish i could give zero stars and erase purolator from this world.

  • 2 packages shipped the same day, from the same facility, one gets delivered, one is delayed 5-7 days. ?WTF?

  • Two part package had a shipping requests submitted on the same day from the same location . FedEx delivery arrived 36 hours later, Purolator still shows that the package was picked up and is still sitting in the Sorting facility...4 days later.

  • No calling, no buzzing apt number, no estimate delivery date whatsoever. 7 days delay of delivery just because of oversized parcel but when you deliver , no calling no attempt to reach out and just leave a pick up notice on the apartment door. Of course it is oversized, thats why we need delivery service cuz we dont have truck to pick up. We were home all day waiting for it to come, at least make a call or something to let us come to oprn the door. NOPE. JUST A SILENT NOTICE TELLING US TO PICK UP AT AN OFFICE IN ANOTHER CITY. WHY SHOULD WE PAY FOR YOUR SERVICE AT THE BEGINING?!?

  • Unfortunately, here we are sitting waiting for a package that's days late once again. Why? We're in a gated complex. When given the opportunity we always give our personal gate code. When that info isn't available to the driver, the drivers for UPS and FedEx look at the index on the gate keypad for that info., and make deliveries without fail. Pearl later on the other hand almost never gets it right, and has a list of excuses as to why they can't make the delivery. going forward, I'm going to ask a business who they use as a courier and do business elsewhere if it involves Purolator, life is too short. >_<
