Haven't had an update about package except for they have recieved it. Especially when you pay extra for for faster shipping and its been 3 days over the estimated delivery day.

No calling, no buzzing apt number, no estimate delivery date whatsoever. 7 days delay of delivery just because of oversized parcel but when you deliver , no calling no attempt to reach out and just leave a pick up notice on the apartment door. Of course it is oversized, thats why we need delivery service cuz we dont have truck to pick up. We were home all day waiting for it to come, at least make a call or something to let us come to oprn the door. NOPE. JUST A SILENT NOTICE TELLING US TO PICK UP AT AN OFFICE IN ANOTHER CITY. WHY SHOULD WE PAY FOR YOUR SERVICE AT THE BEGINING?!?

Unfortunately, here we are sitting waiting for a package that's days late once again. Why? We're in a gated complex. When given the opportunity we always give our personal gate code. When that info isn't available to the driver, the drivers for UPS and FedEx look at the index on the gate keypad for that info., and make deliveries without fail. Pearl later on the other hand almost never gets it right, and has a list of excuses as to why they can't make the delivery. going forward, I'm going to ask a business who they use as a courier and do business elsewhere if it involves Purolator, life is too short. >_<

Paid for express shipping, item missed dead line because idiots left it in truck. Now over a week late and still no package. Will never order online from a company that uses Purolator to ship again. Worst company I have ever dealt with and horrible customer services.

shows the package has been 1 hour from our house for 3 days. They lost the last shipment, when will companies stop using this terrible shipper

The deliver did not leave a sticker to say to pick up item. They weren’t open when they said that they were.
