Package delay in the same city. Taking over a week to deliver. Birthday gift now running late.

Parcel received one day in advance of scheduled delivery date.

Arrived 3 days late and the box was open and my order broken... Very disappointed!

Poor service. Sitting for a week at depot. Will be using Fed-ex in the future. If I could give you no stars I would.

Paid for express shipping, item missed dead line because idiots left it in truck. Now over a week late and still no package. Will never order online from a company that uses Purolator to ship again. Worst company I have ever dealt with and horrible customer services.

ordered a new fitbit for the wife's birthday. Paid extra to have it sent overnight courier and its now been 3 days and still showing sitting in Toronto sorting center.. not happy birthday is now over with no gift to give

shows the package has been 1 hour from our house for 3 days. They lost the last shipment, when will companies stop using this terrible shipper

The deliver did not leave a sticker to say to pick up item. They weren’t open when they said that they were.

Very poor service and when you call them, they give you false information. So much for their slogan, " It's not a package, it's a promise".

They don’t deliver on time. What’s the point?

5 out of 6 times delayed with reason ‘weather related delays’ but not a single weather realted issue in 200km range. Package was coming within 30KM range. Would never choose them.

Worst delivery company out there. There is always a problem and no one can ever fix it.
