Terrible. Last entry on my package was Oct 22. Today is the 25th show no expected date

When are these courier companies going to do something about their lazy delivery staff who decide not to deliver packages to condo dwellers. Even when they buzz the residence and are buzzed into the building they have the audacity to fill out a“sorry we missed you sticker” and leave it in the foyer, forcing the resident to go to some hole in the wall to pick up the parcel they paid extra to have delivered. Furthermore I’ve been on hold with Porolator customer service for 35 minutes.

I cannot rate more cause you don't ring or advise when delivered at the door

Tracking is useless, and are really slow. My package has been in Canada since the 16th and still isn't here.

Not reliable, didn’t bring a mattress for my mother who was stuck at home whole day waiting for delivery. If complicated our plans for the next da. My mother is still waiting for her package.

ETA estimate would be nice. Always disappointed by purolater so called services. Guessing that’s why they’re puro”later” And not Puro”sooner”. Just a thought.
