Purolator Canada reviews

I hate this company. They are so unprofessional and their delivery person is super rude. Don't expect them to wait for you to open door because they are not human. If you are late by 1 minute courier person would take your parcel back.

No call ,No notice of package of arrival, turned into a run around on my part since there was no notice that package came

Purolator is actually worst. I wish Amazon would give an option to choose couriers, so I can avoid them at all costs.

Well when my two items go from Lethbridge and instead of going to Calgary then Lacombe it goes to Surrey BC then Vancouver BC then to Calgary AB before getting to Red Deer AB spending a night there before coming Lacombe AB, there is a cause for concern.

Something that should have taken 3 days by courier is now delayed due to weather is bull. It should have been here 2 days ago. Canada Post which is totally unreliable would have had it here on time.

Even if you are at home in your condo the driver just leaves a message to say they could not deliver the parcel and for me to go to the facility to pick it up. Poor service

Unbelievable, sent heart meds to my mom that she needed ASAP, this was a Saturday, was told they would arrive by Tuesday with Puralator, asI had other options, but I paid the highest price as delivery was urgent. It is Thursday night now, parcel still had not arrived, Puralator has no idea where it is. Save your money, use Fed Ex or even Canada Post is cheaper and faster. I feel one star is too much.

Horrible service. Horrible tracking. They just dump your parcel on your doorstep which is then easily stolen. I wish Amazon would stop using them!!!

Terrible, delivery time items where extremely delayed and the reasoning as to why is fabricated beyond belief. Excuses at every corner! Can clearly see why your rating is so low.

After 12 days delay and verifying with them , they decided there not delivering the product. A transport company that can't transport go figure. If i could rate them a 0 i would have.

No customer service. Nothing but robots that cannot help you. Unable to do the simple task of delivery.

Even though I was at home, delivery guy did not deliver package and left note with Package ID to collect my Package from remote location.
