  • All my years of online shopping, only problems I have had is with this company. Higher corporate needs to do a clean sweep with management at facilities centers. If I have a choice for shipping company, never would I pick purolator.

  • It takes longer to go from Toronto to Cornwall Ontario than it takes me to go from Montreal to Laredo Texas and back than Purolater(Purolator) to go 4 hrs my package left dec 2nd and 8 days later still no package called customer service got only a recording then it hangs up piss poor customer service

  • Today is Friday December 10th. Took day off work to receive a package. Got email confirmation it was on its way with status mechanical failure. This was at 10 AM. Signed up for text notification. Received text at 1:30PM saying package is on its way again with mechanical failure. Spent an hour on hold from 2-3:15PM with Purolator only to be told sorry it was a truck issue and package probably won’t arrive until Monday. How does a truck issue take 4 days to fix and delay my package that long. Day wasted. Very disappointing order and customer experience.
