My package was in Toronto December 9, 20. It is December 14th and it still has not left. That is not expectable.

Didn’t notify me that I had to pick up package and didn’t give location of warehouse for pickup. I’m very disappointed.

I had a parcel shipped we’d pm from Barrie to come outside Milton It is 1 pm Monday and it still hasn’t shown up. Approx 80 miles

Purolator delivery didn't even try todeliveer package, sent it to pick up centre. Don't use Purolator. UPS has been delivering our neighbours packages all week

According to your online tracking my shipment is sitting in the wrong city waiting for me to pick up

Not happy with Purolator at all I've been waiting for a parcel for a while now and by the looks of it it's still sitting in Toronto because it missed its connection so now it's even going to be later delivery my package will be almost a week late but the time I get it

Your service is not worth one star I am still waiting since Dec 2 for a delivery of something I purchased from Mark Work Warehouse

cant locate my stuff with a valid tracking number

They need to go out of business..not impressed at all!

On truck for delivery....but the driver just keeps driving by... address is correct..Entry code is correct ..and no delivery again contacting seller to cancel

All my years of online shopping, only problems I have had is with this company. Higher corporate needs to do a clean sweep with management at facilities centers. If I have a choice for shipping company, never would I pick purolator.

Missing item. No answer from your company

I have been waiting for over a week now for my package that was supposed to be delivered in 2 days. I will never use purolater again
