Today is Friday December 10th. Took day off work to receive a package. Got email confirmation it was on its way with status mechanical failure. This was at 10 AM. Signed up for text notification. Received text at 1:30PM saying package is on its way again with mechanical failure. Spent an hour on hold from 2-3:15PM with Purolator only to be told sorry it was a truck issue and package probably won’t arrive until Monday. How does a truck issue take 4 days to fix and delay my package that long. Day wasted. Very disappointing order and customer experience.

  • Worst record for tracking! NEVER UPDATED! Delivery is SLOWER THAN PONY EXPRESS! Pkgs. Seem to circle around same location 2-3 times, then suddenly go into opposite direction of destination. CONGRATULATIONS! You've outdone CANADA POST in lowest rating!

  • I have always found Purolator to be good at what they do... deliver packages. In my opinion they seem to take care with the items entrusted to them and the drivers I have encountered have been pleasant and knowledgeable. I do agree that there is more of a lag in the updating of information but there has also been an unrealistic set of expectations from some users. It is also sad that some folks seem to never appreciate ANYTHING and complain about EVERYTHING.

  • I can’t even begin to say how bad this company is everything that is coming from them is late broken or doesn’t come at all just the worst company out there .Why Amazon Costco any of them use them is beyond my comprehension.Pissibly because there affiliated with Canada Post
