Even after clarifying address and providing god coordinates still could not find house, yet other delivery companies had no issues

Driver doesn't even bring parcel to the door. Puts parcel in front of the garage in plain view of the road . House door is only 15 ft further . This is not the first time they have done this . Good thing I have video surveillance so I was able to get the parcel before it could be stolen.. Usually driver states he delivered parcels to me personally even when I'm not home .. Don't these drivers realize that people have cameras now so they are caught doing stupid things.... less than zero rating ...

Purolator service is garbage paid for express service 5 days later after guaranteed delivery still never got my stuff sitting in Warehouse

Purolator should not be used for Home delivery, they come during the day and never leave the parcel at the door. Then you must drive to one of their location to pick up. Rather pointless.

my package was suppose to be delivered on January 29th. I took the day off to be home as I don’t like to leave packages outside, especially this one. Unexceptable... Could you please tell me what day I should expect this? TIA.

Express parcel delivery date 29 Jan. 4 days later, no delivery, no explanation. Would give 0 stars if possible. No feedback or updates for 4 days.

Thank you so much for NOT CALLING ME to inform me of my parcel that has been sitting at your office for a week!!!!!!! Not to mention, it says Vanderhoof on the mailing address, and it has been sitting in Prince George!!!!!! Highly DO NOT RECOMEND your business ever!!!

Horrible service, the package stays couple of days in transit to be delivered every time time you track the shipment it says out for delivery and you never get your package Very disappointed

Hmmmmmm box sent by Purolator turned over by them to Canada post, if I wanted CP to deliver, I would have not sent it to Purolator.....
