Horrible service, they lost my package

This service is terrible, made arrangements to pick up now parcel is on truck for delivery.

Purolator has had my package for 3 days. No update to tracking info. Typical! Brutal service.

Parcel has been in Toronto since May5th Is it coming by dog sled?

Poor service, shows parcel is out for delivery and then no one delivers it. At the end of the day they change status to weather delay. Weather was perfectly fine. When I called purolator they were not sure why this was happened. Same story for 3 days in a row.

Waiting for my new phone. Driver lied and said it was attempted and then delivered. I have a 24x7 video of my porch that also captures street traffic. Invisible person delivering invisible package? I think not! 332759653824

Horribly late .the tracking map says the truck has been in the same spot for 24 hours and counting .

Order picked up by Purolator on Friday afternoon. I paid for express shipping and the package is Still sitting at their facility 5 days later.

If zero stars was an option I would have chosen that. How do you loose a treadmill? And minimal help from "investigation team" other then "we will keep you updated". Zero accountability. This item was "lost" 10 days ago.... its a treadmill!!!!... how?

The information of where product has not been updated for 4 days.

5 days and counting for a shipment to come from PG, unexceptionable, and I thought Canada post was garbage.
