I've been waiting for an important package that purolator has had for over 2 weeks and it's still has not been delivered. They can't give me an answer as to when I will get it. They are the worst courier ever.

No address to pick up ,lazy operation

Delivery so far 2 days late. Blaming weather, and I live in same city. Mail has been delivered, as well as parcels from other companies. Terrible service.

Staff wouldn't give tracking no or receipt

I give you a zero if that was an option. Your map said it the centre of the universe on Sunday and no further details. Good stuff keep up the good work

Horrible delivery service. Rating them 1 star is generous. It’s amazing that purolator can never find my address meanwhile I live right on the highway and they pass my house 2 or more times a day to get to other destinations. They always mark the delivery as delivered then I have to wait for the package for a week longer. Amazon needs to stop using them as a service.

Lazy, rude, not commited to actually delivering packages, customer service is a joke, it's like they're trained to not help you, they have no ability to do anything

I’ve always gotten my packages delivered within the time frame or earlier than expected :)

I ordered a parcel from Oshawa Ontario shipping to Madoc Ontario two hours away. For some reason my part was sent to Edmonton. What should have been a two day delivery now turns into eight or more days or longer not impressed

Package from Amazon shown on the way and didnt show up . No reason for delay
