Marked package as delivered to Amazon but it never arrived. It is for my clients and a perishable item. Terrible service.

Le livreur s’est lamenté tout au long de livraison et se plaignait à ma conjointe, combien la boîte était trop lourde, mon fils l’a aidé volontiers, mais même avec de l’aide il se plaignait, je crois qu’il devrait tout simplement changer de travail

Il on laissé le colis chez le voisin. Come on purolator c’est pas compliqué faire la différence entre 1123 et 1127.

Disappointed with your delivery time....parcel sent to the U.S. on March 9th and still in transit. The parcel was shown to be in Greensboro on Saturday and continues to be there today.....6 days from the date it was sent from Point Edward, Ontario.

Unreachable by phone. Tracking ! What tracking ? Unable to identify where and when my package should arrive within a 2-3 hour time line.

My package supposed arrive on 12 march until 20h.....5 minutes later they say 16 March...not good service

My package has been sitting in Toronto since March 3rd and it says it’s due to weather conditions. I highly believe Toronto’s weather has been that bad for 8 days straight now. This was ordered almost two weeks ago and it’s only now being sorted and it’s for someone’s birthday! Even Canada Post got here quicker than this company. They need to do better
