Purolator Canada reviews

Packages are never delivered on time. I receive notices that packages were undeliverable even when we were home all day. Driver drops off packages to my workplace at times rather than driving to my house.

Terrible service compared to competitors! My parcel still sitting at sorting terminal for three days , one hour away from me .... unbelievable! I get regular deliveries from various couriers . only purolator gives me issues !

Told my package was at the neighbours , address doesn’t exist , you guys are idiots ...

Service is worsening at each delivery. Package supposed to arrive yesterday. Shipped 3 days ago. Package nowhere to be tracked.

Worst courier ever! Packages never never arrive on time. Packages get damaged and customers support has to many excuses also will never call back. Idk why they are still in business.

Your delivery time is EXCEPTIONAL, on Monday May 3, my items were in Vancouver BC, today May 7 at 330pm, I received my items, all in perfect shape, in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario, INCREDIBLE! THANK YOU !

Couldn’t find my address on a street that has existed for almost a century

Your delivery service is absolutely pathetic. If a person doesn't live in town like a rat maybe use your brain and drop off at the pick up location in the town instead of carrying them back and forth for days on end until you finally realize that you can actually do it. IDIOTS. I give a zero for ratings

Two days after shipping, tracking does not show where item is

Horrible tracking. Missed delivery date. Home all day because Purolator couldn't be bothered to change information on tracker. In fact information still not changed on tracker,but changed on Amazon.

Tracking is horrible and does not get updated quickly or often enough

They marked as delivered and was never delivered, was even waiting outside at time they said they delivered. Wow!!!!
